Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 15.00 will be shipped on the same day after payment is verified. Orders placed after 15.00 will be shipped the next business day.

A: Tracking numbers are sent the day after shipping and may take up to 48 hours to be provided due to updates from the courier. In some cases, your order may arrive before you receive the tracking number.

Q: Can I change my order after payment has been verified?

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance, as this option is currently not available directly on our website.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or alterations?
A: Custom sizes and alteration services are available exclusively for Gold Members of Jedda Studio. For other customers, all products are available in the standard sizes and options listed on our website.

Q: Can I exchange or refund an item?
A: You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your package by drop us a WhatsApp message with your order details. Once we confirm, please ship the item back within the following 48 hours. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives with a defect. We don’t offer refunds except in the rare case of a confirmed product defect.
