SHIPPING
Ready stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after we receive your payment.
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 36 hours after dispatch, depending on courier updates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once your order has been shipped, exchanges are limited to size only. Color changes or item swaps are not eligible.
We do not accept refunds, except in the rare case of a confirmed defect.
SIZE EXCHANGE AFTER DELIVERY
Exchange requests must be submitted through WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the error is on our side (defect or wrong item sent), Jedda covers all shipping fees.
- If the wrong size was selected during checkout, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or modified once the order is placed.
