HOW TO ORDER :

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 15.00 will be shipped on the same day after payment is verified. Orders placed after 15.00 will be shipped the next business day.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are sent the day after shipping and may take up to 48 hours to be provided due to updates from the courier. In some cases, your order may arrive before you receive the tracking number.

Q: Can I change my order after payment has been verified?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, you can still request a change. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you with updating your order.

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?
A: Some sold-out items will be restocked, but seasonal colors and limited-edition items may not return. We encourage you to purchase your favorite items while they’re still available to avoid missing out.

Q: Do you offer alternative shipping services or courier options?
A: At this time, we do not offer alternative shipping services or courier options. We work exclusively with selected partners to ensure reliable and consistent delivery.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance, as this option is currently not available directly on our website.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or alterations?
A: Custom sizes and alteration services are available exclusively for Gold Members of Jedda Studio. For other customers, all products are available in the standard sizes and options listed on our website.
